Learn with Lisa is a series of online technique classes where you will learn various techniques to apply to your current WIP (Work in Progress).

You will participate in an online class setting through Zoom, and each class will focus on specific subjects such as ribbon work, beading, knot variations, using needlework tools, and more.

***The Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants the morning of the class.

* All classes and the year pass are Non-refundable

* We reserve the right to remove any participant from our classes for disruptive or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
* We reserve the right to limit class participation.

* The cost of materials is to be determined (TBD) and will be billed one week prior to the class. Only classes marked as requiring materials will include this additional charge.

* All participants will have access to recorded classes

WHEN: Saturday, 10 AM or 12 PM AZ time

WHERE: The class will be hosted by Zoom. Once you sign up we will send you an email confirmation. The day of the meeting we will send you an email with a link and ID to join the meeting.

Are class deposits refundable?

All canvas deposits are non-refundable.

If I own the canvas, can I sign up?

If you already own the canvas, you can still sign up for the class and a non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your first class fee.

Can I join the class without purchasing the thread and bead kit?

No. All participants are required to purchase our thread and bead kit to ensure consistency in instruction and results.

When will I be charged for the thread and bead kit?

Because we begin stitching the canvas just before the class starts (not months in advance), we usually don’t know the final cost until the week before class. You’ll be charged approximately one week prior to your first session. We work hard to keep costs reasonable and reuse threads when possible. On average, thread and bead kits range from $80–$200 per class.

How will my items be shipped?

All items are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air to ensure timely delivery. Please note: Orders will not ship until invoices are paid in full. For faster processing, we recommend keeping a card on file.

This is my first online class with you — when will I receive the Zoom link?

You’ll receive the Zoom link the morning of the class so that it’s right at the top of your inbox for easy access. Each online class is recorded, and you’ll receive access to the replay afterward.

What happens if I miss a class?

Don’t worry — every online class is recorded. You’ll receive access to the replay through NeedlepointFix.com to watch at your convenience. Please allow up to three weeks for recordings to be uploaded, as they require editing time.

Will I receive a printed stitch guide?

All stitch guides are provided in digital format only.

Can I request thread substitutions or special accommodations?

Due to the number of participants in each class, we’re unable to make individual accommodations or thread substitutions.

Can class dates change?

We reserve the right to reschedule classes if necessary. If a date change occurs, we’ll notify all participants as soon as possible.

What is your code of conduct?

We strive to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class for disruptive or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.

Can class sizes be limited?

Yes — we reserve the right to limit class participation to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
