Gather & Stitch: Fall Retreat 2026

Join us for our Fall Retreat filled with stitching, learning, and laughter. We’ll kick things off on September 21st and stitch straight through to the end of the day on the 23rd.

Who is this retreat for? Truly—everyone!

• New to stitching? We’ll help you pick stitches that make your canvas shine.
• Experienced but stuck? We’ll guide you through our step-by-step “break it down” process.
• Curious about beading, ribbon, or embellishments? We’ll get you started and answer your questions.

What’s included?

• Daily lunches & snacks
• A special goodie bag just for you
• Private shopping hours (Monday) open to public Tuesday & Wednesday 

Before the retreat:
Send us your canvas by July 10th so we can pull threads and prepare stitch ideas. Be sure to include a short note about your stitching background and what you’d like to learn. To get the most out of your weekend, we recommend choosing a canvas you’ve been hesitant to tackle on your own. Need help picking the right one? We’d be happy to FaceTime with you to find the perfect project.

If your canvas isn’t bound, we’ll take care of it when it arrives. We’ll also mount it on stretcher bars (you’re welcome to send your own, or we’ll add them to your thread costs). After the retreat, you can either pack your canvas home with you or have us ship it for an additional fee.

We can’t wait to welcome back familiar faces and meet new stitchers. Our space is well lit, but feel free to bring your own light if you prefer. Service animals are welcome at our dog-friendly shop. Above all, we’re committed to making this retreat an inspiring, fun, and memorable experience for every guest.

** Total Cost of Retreat $1050 (Not including threads pulled for canvas)

**Non-refundable 50% deposit of total cost ($525) to secure your spot in the class

** Second half of the class fee ($525) due August 7, 2026 and is nonrefundable.
