Important Class Information

🪡 Class Details & What's Included

This series consists of three live Zoom classes.
Each online class is $40 per session and will be charged the week of class.
Each class includes a digital stitch guide (no printed guides will be provided).
Stretcher bars are included.
All participants will receive access to class recordings to watch at their convenience.
Zoom links will be emailed the morning of each scheduled class.

💳 Payment & Materials

A credit card must be kept on file to participate. No kits or materials will be shipped without a valid card on file.
Thread and bead kit pricing is TBD.
Class fees will be charged along with the applicable thread and bead materials the week before each class.

📦 Shipping & Local Pickup

All shipped materials will be sent via FedEx 2-Day Air to ensure timely delivery.
Local participants may pick up their materials on the Wednesday prior to class.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.

Are class deposits refundable?

All canvas deposits are non-refundable.

If I own the canvas, can I sign up?

If you already own the canvas, you can still sign up for the class and a non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your first class fee.

Can I join the class without purchasing the thread and bead kit?

No. All participants are required to purchase our thread and bead kit to ensure consistency in instruction and results.

When will I be charged for the thread and bead kit?

Because we begin stitching the canvas just before the class starts (not months in advance), we usually don’t know the final cost until the week before class. You’ll be charged approximately one week prior to your first session. We work hard to keep costs reasonable and reuse threads when possible. On average, thread and bead kits range from $80–$200 per class.

How will my items be shipped?

All items are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air to ensure timely delivery. Please note: Orders will not ship until invoices are paid in full. For faster processing, we recommend keeping a card on file.

This is my first online class with you — when will I receive the Zoom link?

You’ll receive the Zoom link the morning of the class so that it’s right at the top of your inbox for easy access. Each online class is recorded, and you’ll receive access to the replay afterward.

What happens if I miss a class?

Don’t worry — every online class is recorded. You’ll receive access to the replay through NeedlepointFix.com to watch at your convenience. Please allow up to three weeks for recordings to be uploaded, as they require editing time.

Will I receive a printed stitch guide?

All stitch guides are provided in digital format only.

Can I request thread substitutions or special accommodations?

Due to the number of participants in each class, we’re unable to make individual accommodations or thread substitutions.

Can class dates change?

We reserve the right to reschedule classes if necessary. If a date change occurs, we’ll notify all participants as soon as possible.

What is your code of conduct?

We strive to maintain a positive and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class for disruptive or abusive behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.

Can class sizes be limited?

Yes — we reserve the right to limit class participation to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.
