🧵 Beat the Heat Stitch Retreat – June 22–24

Mark your calendars! Our newest retreat kicks off Saturday evening, June 21st, with a warm welcome and meet & greet party. Then we dive into stitching and socializing from June 22nd through the end of the 24th!

Whether you're new to needlepoint or have years of experience, this retreat is for everyone!
✨ New to stitching? We’ll guide you in choosing stitches that bring your canvas to life.
✨ Experienced but stuck on a project? Let us walk you through our “break it down” approach.
✨ Curious about beading, ribbon work, or embellishments? We’re here to answer your questions and get you started with confidence.

What’s included:

✔ Exclusive access to shop during retreat hours (closed to public so we can focus on YOU!)

Bonus: You can browse and shop uninterrupted throughout the retreat.

Prep for the best experience:

• Send us your canvas by May 15th so we can pull threads and start planning stitch ideas tailored to you.

• Include a short note about your stitching background and what you’re hoping to learn.

• Choose a canvas you’ve been hesitant to tackle—we’ll help you break through the block! Need a new canvas? We’re happy to FaceTime with you and help pick one out.

Canvas setup:

• Unbound canvases will be finished upon receipt.

• We’ll mount your canvas on stretcher bars (you can send your own or we’ll provide and add to your thread costs).

• After the retreat, take your canvas home with you or have it mailed (shipping available at an additional cost).

Additional info:

• One canvas per participant

• Non-refundable deposit required

• Threads and embellishments not included (billed separately during the retreat)

• We have excellent lighting, but feel free to bring your own if preferred.

• Service animals welcome in our dog-friendly space.
